Found this fantastic MOC of a DAP (Bristol Beaufort) bomber operated by the RAAF created and posted by Nikos on Flickr.

The Australian government’s Department of Aircraft Production (DAP) manufactured the variants of the Beaufort during WW2 that this LEGO MOC was based off of. More than 700 Australian-built Beauforts saw service with the RAAF in the South West Pacific theatre, where they were used until the end of the war.

This is a very realistic looking MOC, complete with turret and clear plastic windows which are typically hard to find. Looking at the photos it appears that this MOC is even large enough to accomodate Minifigs as crew to add more realism to this build.

Lots of time and effort went into this faithful reproduction of this Australian WW2 bomber!
